Vijaya Kumar is a seasoned specialist when it comes to breathing life into credit scorecards. He leads all the credit solution design activities on the ground for banking/Fintech customers and helps in building strong relationships across engagements. 

He has over 20 years of experience in the retail credit risk domain, specialising in consumer finance. 

He has also been vice president at United Overseas Bank (Singapore) and has led pioneering projects for the US mortgage industry at Core Logic and HSBC. He was also responsible for setting up the global credit risk modelling and portfolio strategy team for Standard Chartered.

Mihir Saudagar

Mihir comes with over 17 years of experience in large scale analytics product development, deployment and cloud infrastructure for companies like Barclays, Amazon, SG Analytics and ZS. 

He has a Bachelors in Computer Science & Engineering from IIT Kharagpur

Sharat Mangalpally

Sharat has been a data analytics professional for more than 18 years and believes he couldn’t have asked for a better alignment of his passion and strengths. He has held the role of Head of Analytics at fintechs like CRED, Ola Financial Services and Fi Money. Prior to these executive roles, he worked extensively at FICO in their US and India offices delivering credit risk modelling and strategy projects across geographies including Americas, EMEA and APAC building solutions for entire lending lifecycle across a range of consumer products. He is a graduate of University of Delaware and IIT Madras.
